LI-POLY BATTERY WARRANTY

Limited Product Warranty

Warranteed against original defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the purchasing date with 100% replacment.  180 days with 50% of original purchase price. Misuse, abuse, incorrect charging and other inappropriate use of this product are not covered under warranty.

Warranty does not cover collateral damage. - SEE CRASH PROTECTION PROGRAM

During the warranty period,  this Product is warranted against: low capacity, low voltage, puffing, overheating and/or other irregularties.  

Hi Country Hobbies  and/or its distributors will repair or replace the Product (as an option), with no charge - including shipping. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice evidencing that the Product is within the warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR THE CONSUMER. JACKPOWER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. All warranty issues will be handled in the U.S.  Hi Country Hobbies withing 7 days of the receipt of product returned under this program.

Customer is responsible for shipping the warranty item.
